How to Download Your Lesson Guide
Follow these quick steps to get your free Episode 1 companion guide — available as a standard PDF or a fillable version you can type directly into.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Click the Download Button
On the episode page, click either "Download the Lesson Notes (PDF)" or "Download the Fillable Version" — whichever fits how you plan to use it.
Step 2: Choose Where to Save It
Your device will prompt you to save the file. Choose a spot you'll remember — like your Downloads folder or a dedicated "Love Blueprint" folder if you're following along with multiple episodes.
Step 3: Open the File
Once downloaded, open it with any PDF reader — Preview (Mac), Adobe Acrobat, or your browser's built-in PDF viewer all work.
Step 4: Fill It Out (Fillable Version Only)
If you downloaded the fillable version, just click or tap into any of the highlighted boxes — the Name/Date line, Reflection Questions, Journal Prompts, or Group Notes — and start typing. No printing required. (The fillable version's fields will appear lightly shaded when selected, so you'll know you're in the right spot.)
Step 5: Print It (Optional)
Prefer to write by hand? Print the guide from your PDF viewer using File then Print. It's designed to print cleanly in black and white or color.
Step 6: Use It Solo or in a Group
Pause the episode as you go and work through it on your own — or gather a group and use the dedicated Group Notes page at the back to track who's coming next time and jot prayer requests together.
Downloading and Writing on the Guide on iPad
You can download the guide straight to your iPad and either type into the fillable fields or write on it by hand with Apple Pencil (or your finger).
1. Download the file. Tap the download link on the episode page in Safari. It will save to your Files app (usually under Downloads or iCloud Drive).
2. Open it in Books, Files, or GoodNotes. Tap the downloaded PDF to open it, or tap the Share icon to send it elsewhere:

Choose "Copy to GoodNotes" (or "Open in GoodNotes") to write on it with more advanced tools
3. To type into the fillable fields: Just tap directly into any highlighted box (Name/Date, Reflection Questions, Journal Prompts, Group Notes) and the iPad keyboard will pop up automatically.
4. To handwrite on the guide with Apple Pencil (Files/Notes): Open the PDF in the Files app or Notes app, tap the Markup icon (looks like a pen tip in a circle), and you can write, underline, or highlight anywhere on the page — not just in the fillable boxes.
5. To handwrite on the guide in GoodNotes: Once imported, select the Pen tool from the toolbar and write directly on the page just like paper. GoodNotes also lets you highlight, add sticky notes, and organize the guide alongside your other notebooks.
6. Save your changes. Files, Notes, and GoodNotes all autosave, so you can close out and come back anytime.
